| Suggestions, proposals, requests: | Zu unserem Bedauern wurde nicht eindeutig darauf hingewiesen, dass bis zu 74 Treppen hinab zum Hauseingang führen, was vor allem für unsere 87 jährige Mutter äußerst beschwerlich war, da sie gehbehindert und auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen ist. Sie konnte daher täglich nur einmal das Haus verlassen. Am und im Haus besteht nachdrücklicher Sanierungsbedarf. Die Toreinfahrt sollte überholt werden, um das lästige Quietschen zu vermeiden. Im Übrigen war die Lage absolute Spitze. Wenn für Gehbehinderte eine Aufzugsmöglichkeit bestehen würde, kämen wir gern wieder. Angelo war für uns eine große Hilfe , ein wirklicher Engel und Freund.
